Curvature’s Finance Officer was looking to reduce the length of her working week, and approached Numerus to see if outsourcing payroll could help to achieve this.
We’ve now taken on Curvature’s payroll administration, freeing the company’s Finance Officer to cut the number of days per week that she is needed in the office.
In addition, we’ve helped to transition employees from being paid weekly to receiving their pay once each month.
Our team created a plan to minimise any financial hardship that could have been caused by this change, enabling Curvature to improve the efficiency of their payroll without disadvantaging their employees.
